Repent and God will change your Heart

We all know that in this world how difficult people can be, but what if i told you its not the people that are difficult, its how you perceive the people that makes them seem difficult. What if I told you its not people around you that are hard to deal with, but you are the one that is hard to deal with…

Many people think that they are living in a world where everyone is out to get them, where everyone is purposely trying to piss them off. However, this may not be true.

This is a very interesting fact, but next time you are very angry and start to think very irrationally try and rationalize with yourself. Try to calm yourself down and you will learn very quickly how difficult it is to do that. We as humans naturally struggle with our emotions, with our thoughts, with our personalities.

We as humans often times cant even control our behavior and are hijacked by our desires only to later regret our decisions.

What if I told you that you are your worse enemy, you are what causes all the problems, and not the people around you. What I mean by this is, we live in a world full of problems. This will never change, whether we are alive or not, the world will always have its own issues.

We have to remember that the hardest thing in this life is to learn to deal with ourselves, not with other people. Once we have learned how to control our behavior, people cannot phase us, we are unshakable. But if you never discipline yourself to deal with yourself then you will never be able to keep your cool around people.

FORMULA:

I remember growing up I could’ve swore people were purposely trying to anger me, I had a short fuse. I would get so frustrated over the smallest things, always stressing out over the smallest things.

What if I told you it didn’t have to be this way. What if I told you there is a way to actually be happy and deal with stress.

Well there is…. And this way has been proven to be the best method.

Repent…build your faith…and search for Jesus.

This sounds so generic, but what if i told you that growing up I was filled with anger, with rage, with so much aggression and when I repented and got baptized God changed my heart.

For as long as I could remember, I use to like to fight, I would fight anyone that would be unreasonable. It didn’t take much to make me snap, and as I got older I was filled with even more rage and anger.

However, when I found Jesus several years ago, it was as if this anger had left my body, I began to have a soft heart towards everyone.

I even had someone tell me, Vitaliy, what happen to you, you used to be so crazy, so mean, and now you are like a teddy Bear (hahaha).

Jesus my friends, only through Jesus was I able to accomplish this…He is the only way.

Someone once asked me, how can you prove Jesus is real, quite honestly with how much I hated people back in the days and my love for everyone today, just goes to prove that Jesus is for real. It is impossible to naturally have a change of heart like I did without some sort of supernatural power.

Now I wouldn’t even think about picking a fight or hurting anyone, and ever since I repented and found Christ my heart has been changed. This is exactly what Jesus was talking about when he said to be born again. When you repent and God sets you free from the shackles of sin, your heart is renewed and you are able to love unconditionally through Gods grace and power of the Holy Spirit.

This is why the Bible talks about the fruits of the Spirit…and this is true. Many people these days claim to be born again, yet do no have love. God is love, therefore if you do not possess it, you do not have Jesus in your heart. When Jesus enters your heart you no longer are able to be careless, to hate people, to have a cold heart. Jesus changes how you treat people. Jesus changes the way you think.

The only thing is, often times we either fall in sin or forget about Jesus and go off on our own, and this is what happens when we are not following Jesus.

If you follow Jesus and his teachings God will give you a new heart, He will renew your mind. You will think different, you will feel different your desires will change, you will be repulsed by sin. You will love your neighbor even though they curse you….Because Jesus dwells in your heart…..
